Naomi Smith, who qualified in November 2019, is a clinical general practice nurse manager across two practices in Bradford. While still a nursing student, she worked alongside Sarah O’Donnell and Claire Blake as co-chair on the General Practice Nurse and Student Nurse Support Network. In 2020 Ms Smith started a job with Trust Primary Care Ltd and the West Yorkshire Primary Care Workforce & Training Hub as their clinical lead, initially working with practices to support nursing students before being asked to work alongside the vocational training scheme.
Ms Smith is passionate about mentorship and supporting others to increase their skills and knowledge.
