Social care deputy manager
St Monica Trust Care Home

Emily Pimm works as social care deputy manager in a St Monica Trust Care Home. She has been a qualified adult registered nurse for 18 years and has worked in the social care setting for 12 years.

Ms Pimm is a Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF) scholar alumni, and co-chair for the South West Social Care Nurse Advisory Council. This year, she became the first social care nurse to be given the honour of being the lamp carrier in the 59th FNF Commemoration Service in Westminster Abbey.
